Returns Policy

• Items must be returned undamaged and unused with the tag on the item if provided with one.
• Jewelry should be returned in the same condition it was purchased in, no damaged jewelry will be accepted.
• Items that are purchased within the country have a 14-day refund and exchange time period, with the receipt provided.
• No returns/exchanges will be accepted after the 14-day period.
• We will not be held responsible for the shipping duties and fees for any overseas exchange or returns.
• You may be refunded the full item price if it satisfies the return and exchange guidelines.

In country returns process:

• You may return/exchange you’re purchased item at any R personal shopper store within the 14-day period if it is in good condition.

Overseas returns process:

• International purchased items can be shipped back to the store, however R personal shopper will not be held responsible for the shipping fees and duties (you may only get refunded the item price, if it is in suitable condition via our guidelines) – contact via email.

Cancellations:
We advise you to contact customer care regarding any cancellations via email, and response well be conveyed in the shortest period of time.
