REGISTRATION

In order to access some of the features and services that are provided on this website you are required to register. In the process of registering we ask you to provide us with information about yourself that is accurate and current to the best of your knowledge. ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE

Personal details are required when processing an order; those include name, available phone number, email address and any other necessary details that are essential for the purchase. Additionally, for online payments, MyFatoorah will be used as a third party, and all the billing information will be processed through them, you will be required to provide payment details that are both valid and correct.
The Site is available to those who meet the RPS terms of eligibility, having a valid credit/debit card, having applications that are suitable and to allow RPS to carry any charge additionally added on the total price of the purchased order if required.

MyFatoorah will always ensure that your privacy is protected and secured. You can be assured that your personal information will be used according to the privacy policy. RPS has the right to make changes to this policy at any point in time on its preference, thus updating this page.

ORDERS AND DELIVERY

All items are subject to availability. Items in your shopping cart cannot be reserved and you are only guaranteed the item once you checkout and receive confirmation. RPS provides products that are only available for sale and available in stock. RPS does not allow advance payments for items that are waiting to be re-stocked, thus once the item is back in stock you can carry on with your purchase and confirm your payment.
Orders placed will be delivered within 1- 2 days for local delivery in Kuwait.
RPS ships worldwide through ARAMEX, orders will be dispatched within the next business day. Delivery will be within 1-2 days for the GCC countries.
The cost of shipping will be calculated automatically at checkout.

PAYMENT

We accept visa, MasterCard and cash on delivery for local areas in Kuwait only. When selecting the option of payment during checkout you will be directed to MyFatoorah to check the amount your going to pay before confirming the payment. Once the transaction is completed, you will then return to RPS.fashion. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order by RPS.

You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to RPS, we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery. MyFatoorah acknowledges its responsibility to keep confidential and secure at all times any information that MyFatoorah receives in connection with a transaction through it. MyFatoorah has all the necessary electronic and physical procedures in place to keep your information secure in order to prevent any unauthorized access. Some of the safeguards used are firewalls and data encryption, physical access control centers and information access authorization controls. Adding on, we take reasonable care to keep your personal details, order details and payments secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part, but in the absence of neglect on our part we cannot be held responsible for any loss you may suffer if a third party secures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.
